Our dedicated fabrication facilities span several acres and are staffed by experienced and dedicated fabricators and crane truck engineers. They possess meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of HGV construction, ensuring that every component is fabricated to perfection. Our Fabrication Department works closely with all departments involved in the design and build process, having built numerous lorry cranes and specialist vehicles for our clients as well as our hire fleet.

We have made significant investments in advanced machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency and precision in every task. Our skilled technicians diligently assemble and install components with meticulous care, resulting in HGVs built to withstand the most challenging road conditions.

In addition to our fabrication facilities, we also operate extensive workshop facilities that operate 24/7, offering comprehensive inspection, repair, and maintenance services. Looking towards the future, MV Commercial's acquisition of Fruehauf has granted us access to one of the largest specialized manufacturing sites in the UK. With over a mile of covered workspace, unparalleled accessibility to national road and rail links, and a sprawling 60-acre yard, this monumental upgrade to our fabrication facilities ensures that MV Commercial's fleet availability and exceptional products are always available precisely when you need them.
